How To Repair Armour In Revelation?
Trimmed masterwork armour is a total prepare of degradable power armour that requires level 99 Smithing and completion of the It Should Take Been Called Aetherium achievement to create, and level 92 Defence to be worn. Information technology is the strongest smithable melee armour exterior of Daemonheim.
Each piece of trimmed masterwork armour has 100,000 charges of combat, which lasts approximately 55 hours in average combat. Custom-fit trimmed masterwork armour has 200,000 charges of gainsay, which lasts approximately 110 hours. When a piece runs out of charges, it degrades to a broken land and cannot exist used. Each piece is repaired by using the trimmed detail on an anvil while carrying the normal masterwork equivalent (unused and untrimmed; which is consumed to repair it).
Trimmed masterwork armour will not dethrone in Elite Dungeons. This issue is carried over to custom-fitted equipment.
The ranged equivalent is Elite sirenic armour, and the magic equivalent is Elite tectonic armour. Unlike any other tier 92 armour in the game, Trimmed masterwork armour cannot be dyed.
Dying to some other player in the Wilderness with a total set of trimmed masterwork armour volition drop the items with the same corporeality of charges to the other player, unless information technology is augmented in which case it volition drop the broken equivalent of the particular. Every bit for custom-fit variants of the armour, those will drop every bit xv,100,000 coins for the entire prepare to the other role player.

Set issue [edit | edit source]
When three, four, or five pieces of the set are worn, incoming damage dealt to the player is reduced past 30%, 40%, or 50%, respectively (afterward calculating whatever harm reduction starting time), the damage that was reduced by the armour in the first instance is then dealt as a drain dealing 20% of the stored damage per hitting every ii ticks, with the possible remainder caused by rounding being dealt as the sixth and final striking. For example, if a thespian wears the entire set and receives what would be a hitting of 4,001, the set would reduce the initial hit to 2,000 damage and then a bleed would apply for 400 harm v times for the next ten ticks, and remaining point of damage is dealt on 12th tick. If the player obtains another heavy hit all the same while the showtime drain is being practical, then the bleed itself resets along with increased damage so that the drain damage is divisible past five.
Essentially, when wearing 4 or five pieces, players can easily Soul Split movie without much concern and act as if they accept double the health as usual (although still factoring in the bleed damage, which takes several seconds to process). It also allows them to survive what would be otherwise fatal attacks if any other armour was worn.
The drain is considered hard typeless damage.
The drain impairment is affected by the following:
- Defender
- Leviathan band
- Warpriest of Saradomin armour/Warpriest of Zamorak armour/Anima Core of Sliske (if it uses the Saradomin/Zamorak warpriest outcome)
- Obsidian equipment
- Phoenix necklace
- Crystal Shield
- Barricade
- Intercept
- Paused past dialogue boxes or teleporting
- Reprisal and Transfigure
- Blood essence
- Kalphite Male monarch'south green set on, Vorago driblet, Helwyr's mushroom bleed, Nex's ice prison
- Twin Furies fire
- Upon death all impairment stacks are cleared.
- Decease Ward relic ability[note 1]
The bleed damage is unaffected by the following:
- Breathing Dead
- Lucky
- Revenge
- Grooming
- Devoted and Enhanced Devoted
- Gielinor's bombs (despite being a magic attack)
- Numbing root
Cosmos [edit | edit source]
Normal [edit | edit source]
Trimmed masterwork armour is created by smithing masterwork trim with (not-augmented) normal masterwork equipment on whatever anvil, and requires level 99 Smithing besides as completion of the Information technology Should Have Been Called Aetherium accomplishment.
The set is three,356,881 cheaper if created by smithing the regular T90 masterwork armour with the trims, assuming the inputs are purchased from the Grand Exchange.
The creation cost is every bit follows:

Custom-plumbing fixtures [edit | edit source]
The armour can be custom-fitted to its owner for free. To practise this, speak to Elof in the Artisans' Workshop.
Custom-fitting is independent of augmentation, so each item can exist augmented, custom-fitted, neither, or both. Custom-fitting does not require level 99 Smithing nor does it require the achievement It Should Have Been Called Aetherium. You need a full set of armour to custom fit.
If you lot already own a set of custom-fit armour and would similar to merely custom fit additional pieces without needing to obtain a new consummate set of armour, you may make full in the gaps with your previously custom-fit items and Elof will custom-fit the extra pieces for y'all, so long equally a full set of Trimmed masterwork equipment is equipped, even if some pieces of the set up are already custom-fit. (e.chiliad. Trimmed masterwork helm, Trimmed masterwork platebody, Trimmed masterwork platelegs, Custom-fit trimmed masterwork gloves, Custom-fit trimmed masterwork boots)
This procedure makes the armour permanently untradeable (the event can never be removed) but in exchange, information technology becomes easier to maintain. This is achieved by doubling the corporeality of charges, resulting in information technology degrading 50% slower.
Custom-fitted trimmed masterwork armour:
- Never degrades or loses charge when hit by the electric current target of a:
- Slayer task
- Reaper task
- Elite dungeon monster/miniboss/boss
Previously, custom-fit armour would sometimes degrade upon the get-go striking of a Slayer/Reaper target, but no longer does so. All the same, the armour still degrades equally normal in fights with multiple monsters if they are separate NPCs from the boss (e.chiliad. Blightbound lasher). [1]
Custom-fit spiked [edit | edit source]
Custom-fit armour can be cosmetically altered into a spiked version. This can be washed past bringing the parts to Elof with a glorious bar (per part). Custom-fit trimmed spiked masterwork armour retains all degradation mechanics, fix furnishings, and equipment bonuses - the change is strictly corrective. Any amount of degradation tin be used - making a spiked armour piece keeps the degradation charge of the slice. Spiked armour can be augmented in the same style as non-spiked; alternatively augmented non-spiked armour can be spiked, either order is fine.
At whatever fourth dimension the armour can be freely reverted back to non-spiked by Elof. It volition, however, cost a glorious bar every time the spikes are re-added.
Simply custom-fit trimmed masterwork can exist spiked; non-custom-fit trimmed masterwork cannot exist spiked.
The creation cost is as follows:
Item | Glorious bar | Textile price | Total price |
---|---|---|---|
![]() | ![]() | iii,025,559 | 109,864,771 |
![]() | ![]() | three,025,559 | 271,305,838 |

Augmented [edit | edit source]
The trimmed masterwork platebody and platelegs (and custom-fit variants) can be augmented past taking them to an invention workbench. Even used armour can be augmented past taking the armour along with 36 divine charges and an augmentor to an invention workbench. The augmented armour will retain the same amount of deposition as the original armour slice.
Just similar malevolent equipment, augmented trimmed masterwork only uses the equipment deposition system, and not the invention charge pack system.
It continues to take 100,000 or 200,000 charges of combat, and when these are depleted it becomes unusable (loses bonuses and perks stop working). Information technology can be repaired back to full charge past having the trimmed armour piece or the normal masterwork equivalent of the armour slice, and 36 divine charges. It does not need to be taken to an anvil or workbench.
One time your Trimmed Masterwork Armour is augmented, you are unable to united nations-augment it. Considering of this, it is recommended to custom-fit your augmented trimmed masterwork armour equally soon equally it is purchased.

Regardless of augmentation or custom-plumbing fixtures, Trimmed masterwork equipment requires a consummate set up of masterwork equipment in guild to repair it, consuming the masterwork armour pieces in the process.
