My son pushed the hdmi port into the tv set and now the television set won't start but the red power calorie-free is still on but information technology won't switch on. The television receiver was working fine befor broke the hdmi port

When your son damaged the HDMI input that could exist part of the main board or part of a separate lath. I suspect it is part of the main lath so he did some impairment that affected the entire TV rather than just the HDMI input itself.

y'all could phone call a repair tech for something similar that. it shouldn't exist likewise expensive to fix, if it'southward 25% or more the price of new tv, you might desire to consider that. but that sounds like a cheapish fix--hopefully. adept luck.

Hi at that place distressing I had to re write the question. My son broke the hdmi port while the tv was on by trying to stick a USB in there. The tv was working fine until he broke the hdmi port and the tv won't showtime but the red power low-cal is still working. Do u know if I supercede the hdmi port volition the tv turn on,
